Take a cinematic adventure through time and unravel the intriguing myths surrounding Viking culture. This film, a comprehensive portrait of the Vikings, explores their historical and cultural impact as well as their technological and scientific achievements. Sail with Erik the Red from Iceland to Greenland, and then with his son, Leif Eriksson, to North America where he landed 500 years before Columbus. Developed and distributed by Sky High Entertainment. All lectures are held in the Charmaine and Maurice Kaplan Theater. 40 minutes. This is an ongoing event that will be held from now until November 30, 2006.
