Born and raised in Tokyo, Yuki Chiba is a Japanese rapper that has helped redefine the rap scene in his country and beyond. Yuki had a childhood marked by adversity, but music helped him and his brother get through many dark times. He began writing and producing at 18, and his career really took off in 2014 when he – known at the time as KOHH – his brother, Lil KOHH, released the viral hit “Young Forever.” With his debut album “MONOCHROME”, he broke out of Japan’s underground hip-hop scene and began reaching global audiences who were drawn to his raw, distinctive style.
