On Thursday, December 7th, the San Diego Museum of Man will host Kumeyaay, Paipai, Kiliwa, and Cucap? artists from Baja California from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM Come meet the finest traditional artists from Baja California and learn about the region?s ancient and enduring cultures. Included in the day?s event is a marketplace featuring holiday gift items, live arts demonstrations, a cultural program, and news from Baja California. Gift items will include pottery, basketry, beadwork and jewelry, bows and arrows, gourd rattles, and more. the event is sponsored by ADESU (Alliance for Sustainable DeveloPMent in the Indigenous Communities of Baja California).
