The Fiesta de los Pe?asquitos is a family oriented annual street faire for residents of the Rancho Pe?asquitos community. It has been an annual event since 1996. Approximately 10,000 people attend the Fiesta each year. It is planned, organized and conducted by volunteers. The Committee primarily consists of members of the Rancho Penasquitos Town Council. Volunteers from local high schools are also very important in making the Fiesta a success. The Fiesta is primarily a family event but is open to businesses, service organizations, governmental agencies, and others who would like rent booth space. Rental of booth space is subject to the review and approval of the Fiesta Planning Committee.
