Uncategorized Download To My Calendar
Juneteenth is the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the end of slavery in the United States. The holiday commemorates African American freedom and emphasizes education and achievement. It is a time for reflection, rejoicing, assessment, self-improvement, and planning the future.

This free Juneteenth celebration is a community event featuring African drumming and dancing, gospel performances, live bands, a step show, and a hip hop and free style dance battle. Centered around empowering fathers and reclaiming families, there will kids activities, community resources booths and refreshment vendors.
