Join San Diego Museum of Art?s Latin American Arts Committee for a viewing of the Academy Award-winning film Frida (2002, R), which depicts the professional and private life of the surrealist Mexican painter Frida Kahlo. It stars Salma Hayek in her Academy Award nominated portrayal as Kahlo and Alfred Molina as her husband, Diego Rivera. A dessert reception will follow the film.
