There will be around 60 modules of food each with more than 20 specialties and traditional dishes for sale and for samples, traditional deserts and candies and condiments. Besides food the festival will also have artistic presentations, paint and photographic expositions, Chinese ink painting, names translations, dragon dance, tea ceremony, kung fu, regional music and dancing and fireworks.
