Celebrate Native American culture and traditions at the 38th Annual Barona PowWow on Friday, August 29 through Sunday, August 31. Native American dancers from across the country will showcase traditional Tribal dances and compete for cash and prizes totaling more than $60,000 during the three-day event. The Barona PowWow will also feature traditional singing and music, a hand drum contest, authentic Native American cuisine and exquisite handcrafted arts and jewelry. The festivities will take place at the Barona Baseball Field (just one mile north of the Barona Valley Ranch Resort & Casino) on the Barona Indian Reservation, located at 1095 Barona Road in Lakeside.
