Celebrating their 5th Anniversary, the San Diego Black Film Festival takes place this year from January 31 - February 3 at Regal United Artists Theatre 14 in Horton Plaza. The star studded screenings feature actors, Olympic athletes, NBA stars, Hip Hop stars & many more! The San Diego Black Film Festival, originally known as the Noir Film Festival, was established in 2004 as a yearly fundraiser for the Black Historical Society of San Diego, the largest black historical society in the country.
