Performers from The Silk Road Music and Dance Ensemble blend dazzling dances from Central Asia with music from Iran, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkey. This multimedia program and concert about the cultural continuum across Central Asia, Iran, and Turkey weaves dance and music with beautiful costumes and narration of folk tales. Featured performers include Rowan Storm on vocals and percussion, Neil Siegel on târ and saz, Megan Rancier on kyl-kobyz, and dancer Robyn Friend. Reservations requested.
