The 2nd Annual DANCEonFILM Festival brings an international collection of experimental short dance films to San Diego and Tijuana February 27 – March 1, 2009. From pounding urban step dancing to a choreographer’s exploration of quantum physics, this rich and dynamic collision of cutting edge films from around the world clearly presents dance filmmaking as a powerful new art.
The DANCEonFILM FESTIVAL is produced by Larry Asakawa, Kara Miller, and Minerva Tapia in partnership with the SDSU School of Music and Dance, the Tijuana Cultural Center and the Dance Films Association of New York.
Admission: $12 general, $8 students
