Like the many colors woven into a Persian carpet, classical music often blends with music of other cultures. In this musical exploration, the Classics Philharmonictravels to Persia and the Middle East for Norouz, a cultural celebration of the first day of spring. Joined by special folk musicians and dancers, colorful costumes, and traditional instruments, they'll tell the story of The Persian Carpet and everyone will learn how music and culture bring people together.
