Art historian James Grebl continues his lecture series. For this lecture he will discuss how music plays a major role in Renaissance visual arts. He will examine works by artists such as Giovanni Bellini, Giorgione, Veronese, as well as Jan van Eyck, Hieronymus Bosch, and Matthias Grünewald. The Choral ensemble Pacific Camerata will also perform Renaissance music relating to the art introduced in the lecture!
