It is the code of moral principles which the samurai were required or instructed to observe, which was frequently unuttered and unwritten. It is typified by the Seven
Virtues: Rectitude, Courage, Benevolence, Respect, Honesty, Honor and Loyalty.
These virtues will be discussed in detail and examples will be given showing how those who choose to practice this art today, find it has a powerful effect on them.
