Japan Society of San Diego and Tijuana announces seventh-annual event bringing "experts from the Japanese culinary and sake traditions together to showcase their knowledge and talents." Also planned: SushiMasters California Regional Competition, in which sushi chefs take part in "live competition that challenges their mastery of sushi art and style."
