Festival showcasing nearly 200 films from around world made for children and teens, including animation, live action, and documentary, plus animation workshops. Titles include Oriental King Lion, Close Touch to Crocodile, Apology, My Homework Ate My Dog, In Control, many others. Festival screenings continue August 8-16 at Carlsbad City Library and New Children's Museum.
